THE DA NANG ARTISTS COMPANY

The DA NANG ARTISTS COMPANY is a not-for profit enterprise that arose from the work of the Steady Footsteps charitable organization. Whereas the mission of STEADY FOOTSTEPS is to provide physical rehabilitation for disabled people in central Vietnam, the Da Nang Artists Company aims to provide talented, disabled Vietnamese artists with a way to market their artwork to an appreciative international clientele. While other organizations provide opportunities in sheltered workshops for disabled individuals to do repetitious piecework, we know of no other organization that recognizes, encourages, and markets original art work of the quality offered here.
